Powered by WooCommerce for seamless shopping and Dokan for artist-powered sub-stores, we’re all about amplifying creativity. But hey, with great vibes come great responsibilities. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the rules of the road for using our site (zananyplus.com, including all subdomains and features). Read ’em carefully – they’re binding!By accessing, browsing, or using ZananyPlus (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we post. If you’re acting on behalf of an entity (like a band or label), you confirm you have the authority to bind them. If you don’t agree, no hard feelings – just hit the back button and exit stage left.

1. Who We Are ZananyPlus (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online marketplace for digital music downloads (tracks, albums, beats) and digital merch (artwork, NFTs, virtual goodies). Artists can create and manage their own stores via our Dokan integration, selling directly to fans while we handle the backend magic.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. No minors allowed – we’re not babysitters. If you’re under 18, get a parent or guardian to jam with us.3. User Accounts

  • Registration: To buy, sell, or browse artist stores, you might need an account. Provide accurate info, keep your password secret, and update us if things change. You’re responsible for all activity under your account – don’t share it like a mixtape.
  • Artist Accounts: If you’re an artist using Dokan to set up a store, you get extra tools. You control your listings, pricing, and payouts, but you must comply with these Terms and any Dokan-specific guidelines. We reserve the right to review or remove content that violates our vibe.
  • Security: Report any unauthorized access ASAP. We use reasonable measures to secure accounts, but you’re on the hook for your end (strong passwords, folks!).

4. Purchases and Payments

  • Buying Digital Goods: When you purchase music or merch, you’re getting a personal, non-transferable license to download and enjoy it for your own use. No reselling, sharing, or commercial exploitation without the artist’s say-so. Downloads are digital – no physical shipments here.
  • Pricing and Taxes: Prices are set by us or artists. We handle payments via secure gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You pay applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversions. All sales are final unless we say otherwise.
  • Refunds: Digital downloads are like concert tickets – no refunds once downloaded, except for technical glitches (e.g., corrupt file). Contact support within 7 days for issues. Artists handle their own store refunds per their policies, but we mediate if needed.
  • Payouts for Artists: Via Dokan, you get your earnings minus our commission (detailed in your dashboard). Payouts happen on schedule, but we might hold funds for disputes or violations.

5. Digital Content and Licensing

  • Your License: Purchased content is licensed, not owned. You can stream, download, and backup for personal use on your devices. Don’t copy, distribute, or perform publicly without permission – that’s piracy, and we’re anti-pirate.
  • Artist Uploads: Artists, you warrant that your content (music, merch designs) is original or properly licensed. No infringing on others’ IP – upload only what you own or have rights to. We grant you a limited license to use our Platform tools for your store.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Stuff: The Platform, logos, code, and non-user content are ours or our licensors’. You get a limited, revocable license to use it as intended – no scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering.
  • Your Stuff: Content you upload (e.g., artist bios, tracks) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote it on the Platform. For buyers, see Section 5.
  • Trademarks: “ZananyPlus” and our marks are ours. Don’t use ’em without permission.

7. User Conduct – Keep It Classy, You’re responsible for your actions. Don’t:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content (hate speech, viruses, spam).
  • Harass users, impersonate others, or scam.
  • Hack, DDoS, or mess with our tech.
  • Violate laws, including export controls or sanctions.

8. Third-Party Links and Integrations We link to artist sites, payment processors, or ads. We’re not responsible for their content or practices. WooCommerce and Dokan are third-party plugins – their terms apply too

.9. Disclaimers The Platform is “as is” – no warranties of perfection, uptime, or virus-free bliss. We don’t guarantee artist content quality or that downloads will work on every device. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability To the max extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, data loss). Our total liability won’t exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100 if nothing). Some jurisdictions limit this – those apply.

11. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use, content, or violations of these Terms.

12. Termination We can suspend or terminate your access anytime for violations. Upon termination, licenses end, and you delete our content. Sections surviving termination: 5-12, 14.13. Dispute Resolution

14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Botswana laws, without conflicts.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms are it – no side deals.

  • No Waiver: Our delay enforcing doesn’t waive rights.
  • Assignment: We can assign these Terms; you can’t without our OK.
  • Force Majeure: Not liable for acts of God, wars, or pandemics.
